1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bible Race Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To register, you must complete OTP (one-time passcode) verification of your email or phone number. Each member may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform respectfully and in keeping with its purpose as a Christian ministry. You must not: post spam, abusive, harassing, or hateful content; impersonate another person; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Moderators, helpers, and administrators may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

4. User-Generated Content

Forum posts, prayer requests, testimonies, and comments you submit remain your own, but by submitting them you grant Bible Race a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, moderate, and archive that content on the Platform as part of the ministry's community features.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bible Race name, logo, and platform design are the property of Bible Race. Bible text and reference content are sourced from third-party providers under their respective licences and terms.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules above. You may stop using the Platform at any time; your reading history and contribution records are retained per our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Bible content is sourced from third-party providers and, while carefully selected, is not guaranteed by us to be free of error.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bible Race is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law & Contact
