Refund Policy

1. Nature of Freewill Offerings

Bible Race is entirely free to use. Any amount given through the Platform is a voluntary freewill offering to support the ministry, not a purchase of goods or services. Because no product or service is exchanged for an offering, offerings are generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances below.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We will consider a refund where: you were charged more than once for the same offering (duplicate transaction); a technical or payment-processing error caused an incorrect amount to be charged; or the transaction was unauthorized (for example, an error in your mobile-money or card details).

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@biblerace.org within 14 days of the transaction, including your transaction reference number, the date, and amount. We will review each request individually.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the payment processor used for the transaction — Pesapal, DPO Pay, or TIPS Lipa Number — and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your bank or mobile-money provider. In line with our data-retention practice, the original transaction record is never deleted; it is marked as refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Offerings given by mistake of generosity (change of mind) rather than technical or processing error, and requests made after the 14-day window, are generally not eligible for a refund.
